Graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia, he started his career by joining PT Zurich Insurance Indonesia in 1992 as an Underwriting Staff. Having more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry with good performance, in 2011 he was appointed as Director until 2020.

In mid-2021, he joined PT MNC Asuransi Indonesia as President Director and concurrently as Compliance Director. With his vast experience, he was given the task of leading MNC Insurance to become the largest digital-based insurance company in Indonesia.

In 2022 he was appointed by the MNC Group and approved by the Financial Services Authority as a commissioner of MNC Insurance Broker to encourage the company to become an Insurance Broker company that has insurance products and innovative also relevant technology for the needs of the people in Indonesia.

Febriyani Sjofjan worked in financial industry for more than 25 years. She obtained a Bachelor’s degree from Perbanas Institute in 1995. She started her career at PT Ing Aetna Life Indonesia as Head of Sales in 1995, and since 2002, she worked at PT Bank Danamon as Deputy regional Head.

In 2012 she worked at MNC Group which started to join MNC Life Assurance, MNC Asset Management, MNC Sky Vision. In end of July 2021, she appointed as President Director of MNC Life Assurance.

MNC Group appointed her to serve as President Director at PT MNC Life Assurance in August 2021 and in early 2022, she was trusted by MNC Group as a commissioner at PT MNC Insurance Broker.
