Pondra Nala Permana was born in Bandung in 1978. He currently resides in Tangerang Selatan. He was appointed as the Company’s President Director and also acted as a Compliance Director, based on the Deed of Decision of the Shareholders No. 08 on March 11th, 2022 and the Decree of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No. KEP-7/NB.12/2022 dated February 9th, 2022.

He obtained a Master of Management in Financial Management from University of Indonesia in 2005. He held several professional certifications as a Financial Planner; Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Qualified Wealth Planner (QWP) and Associate Estate Planner Practitioner (AEPP). Also held Professional Certification from Asosiasi Ahli Pialang Asuransi dan Reasuransi Indonesia (APARI); Ahli Pialang Asuransi Indonesia (APAI) and Certified Insurance and Reinsurance Broker (CIIB)

He had +/- 17 years experienced in Financial Industry, mostly in Life Insurance and Employee Benefits. Prior to join PT. MNC Insurance Broker , he was The Head Of Bank Channel at AIA Financial (2011-2015) , Associate Director of PT.CIpta Integra Duta an Insurance Broker (2015 – 2021) and CEO of PT Cipta Hidup Sejahtera (Fits.ID) a Wellness E Commerce in Indonesia ( 2020 -2021).

Afrianto Budi Purnomo was born in Banjarnegara in 1987. Currently he lives in Bogor. Afrianto was appointed as director based on the Deed of Shareholders’ Decision No. 08 on March 11th, 2022 and the Decree of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No. KEP-196/NB.12/2021 dated December 20th, 2021.

Graduated from Master of Management at Atmajaya University Yogyakarta, he started his career in the insurance industry as a management trainee at PT Asuransi Central Asia in 2012 and was placed in the Business Development Division until 2018. His interest in insurtech prompted him to join Cermati.com in 2018 and Fuse Group from 2019 to 2021 as Head of Technical.

He holds CIIB and ANZIIF (Sr Assoc) CIP expertise degrees, and obtained Level 5, 6, and 7 certifications from the Indonesian Professional Certification Authority. With his expertise and competence, in 2021 PT MNC Insurance Broker appointed him to become an insurance expert and broker based on approval from Otoritas Jasa Keuangan.
